Pantry + Large Volume Meals

Hello! I am finally back to blogging. The past two months I have been doing the painful conversion of going through every single one of my recipes on my blog, designing a new website and learning the ropes of a whole new hosting platform. It’s been slow and very painful at times. It also took me a million times longer than I had anticipated, due to 4 weeks of the flu sweeping through my household, as well as our never ending busy schedules. But I am back! I hope you all enjoy the new website- it’s still a little bit of a work in progress, so bear with me while I work out any kinks.

I have saved up a bunch of new recipes that I am really excited to share with everyone. Some of them will have to wait due to recent circumstances. So instead of a brand new recipe today, I am sharing a bunch of recipes already on the blog from over the years (hence the really bad photos for some) of meals that can be made from items you probably already have in your pantry. I steered away from meals that require a lot of fresh veggies, because not everyone is or able to get them right now. Also- many of these recipes you can omit certain ingredients, or substitute frozen or canned for the fresh.

I hope everyone is staying safe and sane through this crazy time in what will be our history. Tell me, are you doing a lot of therapy baking/cooking? Are you finally getting to that knitting project or quilt you’ve been meaning to finish? Or are you just keeping your head above water with the new homeschooling gig you’ve had to take on, on top of juggling working from home full time and making sure everyone you love is healthy and taken care of? It’s a lot that we’ve all had to take on and process rather suddenly. Hopefully we’ll come out on the other side stronger.

Anyway- below are a bunch of recipes I’ve put together that I thought you all might be interested in! Being stuck at home doesn’t mean cooking necessarily has to be boring! If you’re unsure about any substitutions, please don’t hesitate to comment on the post at the bottom or reach out to me directly. I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have. Love and support to you all!
